I hope you enjoyed your summer as best as possible! The fall season has arrived which means it’s time to transition our wardrobe to adjust to the cooler temperatures. The start of leaves changing colors means adding a few more layers and even wearing warmer colors to match the autumnal energy. I’m sharing three looks that are not only transitional but will get you feeling excited to wear fall clothes! Leave a comment on your favorite look below.
Loafers and Blazers
When in doubt, throw a blazer and top it off with loafers. There is no better way to remain looking sophisticated other than adding a blazer to an outfit. When you’re still in your pajamas but have a work call, throw on a blazer and you’ll be set!
I’ve never been a loafer person until I discovered these shoes from Etienne Aigner! I’m not exaggerating when I say this - they may be in my top three most comfortable shoes I own! The leather is soo soft and molds to your feet! I love them soo much I have two colors! Shop the Camielle loafer here.
To finish the outfit off, throw on this versatile bag! This Etienne Aigner crossbody bag makes being hands-free so easy! My favorite part is that it comes with an extra strap so you can decide if you want to be classic or sporty!
Introduce Leather To Your Wardrobe
I’m calling it now, but leather is going to be the biggest trend of the fall and winter seasons. Dressing up in leather head-to-toe is going to be a major vibe! Lucky for us, a lot of brands have designed cute, affordable, and comfortable pieces! This black faux leather dress from Shoedazzle is the perfect little black dress for any occasion this season. Psssst...it stretches too meaning it is very comfortable! I’ve styled it with my favorite Etienne Aigner olive green Irena Foldover Hobo bag and suede booties with an athletic twist. Bringing in an unexpected color like olive green elevates the look to become more fashionable. I suggest trying a colored accessory and fall back to black for a classic look.
Lightweight Sweaters
One of my favorite ways to transition into the fall season is by wearing lightweight sweaters. Not only do they keep you warm, they look good for any occasion. Whether you’re going to work, on a date, or even staying home it’s comfortable and they can be dressed up or dressed down.
Since a sweater is a basic item, try mixing it up with a fun print or a statement piece.
