New Years Outfit: The Sequin Jumpsuit

This year, there has been one fashion piece that has become a HUGE trend- the jumpsuit. While it's hard to find the right fit for my body type (petite and curvy), I think I found one that not only fits but is also great for New Year's Eve!

A jumpsuit is a great option for New Year's Eve because it is comfortable and festive for any type of party. For NYE, make the jumpsuit your statement piece. I say go for a complete sequin jumpsuit! I have linked some great affordable options below. Wear the jumpsuit with some faux fur and extra sparkly jewelry. A jumpsuit can also be reworked for several occasions throughout the year by just being worn as pants. Wah- lah, you've got your fancy pants...literally. It is a great investment piece! I will be wearing this jumpsuit with a t-shirt and denim jacket later this year for a completely different casual look.

Fall For Fashion

Fall to me means many things - colder temperatures, beautiful leaf colors, NYFW, back to school, apple pie, my birthday, and last but not least denim! Look 1: Work Wear

I love my Signature Pencil Skirt because it's perfect piece to transition into the cooler fall months. The skirt hits right above the knee making it the perfect length that flatters any body shape and height. The slim pencil fit shows off curves without constricting too much. I can wear it for hours on end without feeling uncomfortable. The amazing super stretch denim keeps its shape all day.

You can style the denim pencil skirt for a classy work look with a simple button up and blazer. Finish the look off with pumps to elongate your legs and add a little sparkle though a cute pair of earrings. This outfit combo is simple for anyone to pull it off. I’m sure you already have a blazer and shirt to pair with this cute skirt.

Look 2: Casual & Cute

After work, style this denim pencil skirt with a plaid flannel and booties for a casual and cute look. This is a great fall outfit for date night, time with your girlfriends, or on the weekends for just about anything. A fun styling tip to try with this combo is what I call the "half-tuck". Tuck in only one side of the shirt and leave the other half out. Also, try mixing prints - plaid and animal are my favorite to wear together.

After a long week, there is nothing I hate more than wearing something that I’m not comfortable in. The darker color is instantly slimming and easy to dress up with the right accessories. My Friday night going out look consists of dark denim, leather jacket, pumps, and a piece of statement jewelry. No matter what your plans are, this formula works every time!

Look 4: Weekend Wear

For a day of running errands, I love to throw these comfortable jeans on and get things done! Pair these with a great sweatshirt, bomber jacket, and comfy sneakers and you are set to conquer the any obstacle. This is also a great look for school too! Keep it comfy and cute!
