Delicate, feminine, and luxurious; all the reasons why I love one of the hottest trends this season, the silk and lace camisole.
My friend Samantha and I both love this trend but have such different styles. The silk camisole can be a tough piece to feel comfortable wearing and difficult to style but the best part about this piece is that it can be worn in multiple ways and styled to fit your personality. So I'm going to show you two totally different ways to wear this trend!
I have a pretty feminine style but with a little edge. I decided to keep the soft feminine feel of the camisole and wear it just as is to show the great details. When shopping for a silk camisole there are a few elements you should keep in mind. First, look at the details. The lace trims will really make it stand out. Second, make sure that the fit is good. You don't want it to be too tight because silk does not have stretch. Third, make sure the camisole does not show too much cleavage. You want to look sexy while maintaining a sophisticated appeal.
