#TGIF Happy Friday!!!
I hope you all had a great week. Whether you work or go to school, we all look forward to Friday so we can officially begin our weekend.
It's always a challenge to figure out what to wear when you know you are going out. How do you transition a piece from work to party? Well I'm going to show you how changing just a few accessories can change a whole look.
I took this graphic black and white shift dress, black and white purse, and gold chain belt to create two different looks.
DESK
Throwing on a blazer always helps the look become professional. It's sophisticated and adds the right amount of coverage for work. I added pointy toed wedges and turned the purse to a clutch by removing the chains. For jewelry, I went for minimal pieces. Remember a key rule, less is more. I wore simple studs, which still added interest, and gold cuffs.
DINNER
The work day is over so take the blazer off! Grab some cute heels and new jewels and you're set. I turned the clutch back to a purse by adding the chains. You need to be hands free for happy hour ; ) I swapped the studs for flashy chandeliers and put some strappy heels to complete the look.
