The biggest trend color for the spring and summer is beige! Yes, I know you’re thinking “that’s a basic neutral color, how is it trending?” Yes, beige is a standard everyday color but the way to wear it is the reason why it’s a hot color this season. The new way to wear beige is by wearing it head to toe. I love a two piece set like a blazer and pants or a great beige dress for Spring/ Summer. The light color makes the full look.
Asymmetric Hems
Pick out beige pieces that have clean strong lines. By this I mean cool asymmetric hems, unique necklines, and different closure details like a side zip. The interesting details make the beige color look modern and expensive. This dress is a great option to wear from work to dinner and it fits perfectly with the trend.
Versatile Everyday Dress
It’s important to have a dress in your summer wardrobe that is wearable to work, happy hour, weddings, and picnics. It’s challenging to find a dress so versatile. This Eshakti dress serves any function and is so comfortable. The beige color is on trend but the ruffle details and buttons make it anything but basic. I recently discovered the brand Eshakti and love it! You can shop hundreds of dress and customize each dress to fit your measurements and style. For an example, I picked this dress but changed the neckline from round to square and I also picked my gem length to fit my height perfectly. Eshakti is a great place to shop if you have a hard time finding pieces that fit you properly or if you just want to have that designer touch!
Party Look
Yes, beige can even be worn for a night look. I know, it’s not your traditional color choice but since the ‘nude’ look is in, beige is the perfect color choice. Again, since the color is a neutral, opt for a party dress with interesting details. Rouching details like this one is a great option because it shows off your curves, while hiding areas you may not be a fan of. It’s also quite comfortable because it’s a stretchy knit fabric. So for the next party invite you have, put on your jewels and some beige!
