It's never the wrong time to wear sequins in my opinion. There are so many ways to dress sequins up or down. Plus it's sparkly, fun, and you're basically ready to party when you have it on. 

I love pairing fancy items with more relaxed pieces. It's juxtaposition make an outfit so much cooler. Here I've paired an evening wear double faced sequin jacket with a simple white tee and distressed boyfriend jeans. These two items make the look very casual and wearable to many events. The gold pumps and layered gold necklaces and rings add the finishing touches to the look.
