Remember that awesome fringe skirt I wore this past summer? Well it's back but styled for winter! When I buy clothes, I like to buy pieces that I can wear multiple times. I once read that you should take the total price of an item and divide it by the number of times you will wear it to determine the true value of the item. Of corse there are things that are truly seasonal but I like the challenge of taking something and taking it to the nest season. 

A simple black top always works with a colored piece. This black turtleneck is slim fit and it also lets the skirt be the center of attention. Over the knee boots leave the right amount of skin peaking out while keeping you warm.
