As a blogger, I am constantly taking pictures and having white teeth is really important to me. I'm not one of those bloggers who looks good with a serious face, I love to smile in pictures. As the holidays are approaching, there is no better time to start whitening your teeth to get that perfect smile. I thought about whitening my teeth at my dentist before, but the price was crazy! I opted for Smile Brilliant instead. 

The Smile Brilliant whitening kit came with everything you need to brighten up a smile. It had great directions too which really helped me do this on my own!

The first step to the process is taking the mold of your teeth. The system come with paste that you use make impressions of your teeth. It's okay if you mess up this step the first time (I did) because the package comes with extra paste. After I completed my impression, I sent it in and a week later, my trays arrived. They also fit perfectly!! The trays are flexible and I can barely feel them when they are on. 

The system comes with a whitening gel that you apply in the tray. You can wear the gel from 30 mins up to 3 hours. I started out with a 30 minute session and worked my way up by 10 minutes every time. The Smile Brilliant whitening system doesn't have that weird taste like many other systems I've tried. After I whitened my teeth, I applied on the desensitizing gel. This gel is great for anyone who has sensitive teeth like I do. See more on Smile Brilliant here, here, and here.
